Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Fresh Plugins ("we", "us", "our") operates the FreshRadar WordPress plugin. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our products and this website.

1. What we collect

When you use FreshRadar's Google Search Console integration, you authorise our plugin to access your Search Console data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and search position) for properties you select. This data is retrieved directly from Google's API and stored in your own WordPress database on your server — we do not receive or store your Search Console data on our systems.

When FreshRadar scores content, your post titles, excerpts, and metadata are sent transiently to our scoring service hosted on Cloudflare's edge network. This data is used solely to generate a freshness score and is not logged or retained after the response is returned.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information through the plugin.

2. Google OAuth

To connect your Google Search Console account, FreshRadar uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow. Your OAuth tokens are stored only in your WordPress database. We do not store, access, or transmit your Google credentials.

Our use of Google Search Console data is limited to displaying performance metrics within your WordPress dashboard to assist with editorial decisions.

3. This website

This website (fresh-plugins.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not collect personal information from visitors.

4. Contact

For privacy enquiries, contact us at [email protected].

5. Australian Privacy Act

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. As our plugin serves users globally, we also endeavour to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised.
